Defibrillator activation process

There is a defibrillator housed in a cabinet within the telephone kiosk on the village green in Ailsworth behind the bus shelter.

It is important to note that in an incident, a helper must call 999 before anything else and stay with the patient.

Follow the instructions of the ambulance operator, who will ask questions and tell you how to locate and access the defibrillator if appropriate.  It is better not to go to the kiosk without the instructions from the ambulance operator..
